Advanced medical skin treatments with a skin-first, evidence-led approach — personalised to you, never one size fits all.
A skin-first approach to aesthetics, focused on healthy, resilient skin and natural, considered results.
I believe your skin and face need a strategy, not just a treatment.
At Sarah Grace, I take a skin-first approach to aesthetics — focusing on supporting the health, function and resilience of your skin rather than simply treating its appearance.
Healthy skin starts with the right environment. By supporting the skin barrier, addressing inflammation and protecting against environmental stressors, we can help maintain the structures that contribute to skin strength, elasticity and longevity.
But skin is only part of the picture.
Touch is an important part of my approach. Through thoughtful, therapeutic facial techniques, I consider areas of habitual tension, facial movement and tissue mobility — creating space for the face to soften, move and feel more at ease.
I believe aesthetic treatments should enhance what is already there, not erase the person in front of me.
The goal isn't perfect skin. It's healthy, resilient skin that looks and feels its best — with improved hydration, more even tone, refined texture and a softer appearance of fine lines, wrinkles and sun-related changes.
Over the years, I have refined my approach to skin and aesthetics around three things — each shaping how your treatment plan comes together.
I don't believe you can simply out-treat an unhealthy lifestyle. Your skin is influenced by so much more than the products and treatments we use — including sleep, nutrition, stress, hormones, environment and overall wellbeing.
That's why I don't believe in a one-size-fits-all treatment menu. During your consultation, I look at your skin as it is today, your concerns and goals, signs of inflammation, and your lifestyle and aesthetic history.
From there, we create a strategy for your skin and face, rather than simply choosing a treatment. Sometimes that means treatment. Sometimes it means improving your skin health first — and sometimes, the most appropriate recommendation is not to treat at all.
Evidence-informed skin health, subtle facial aesthetics, and touch-led therapy — brought together into one considered treatment plan.
Designed to support the health, strength and appearance of your skin.
Designed to soften signs of ageing while respecting your individual facial structure and expression.
Facial techniques that complement my skin and aesthetic treatments by considering tension, movement and the way the face is held.
From regenerative injectables to advanced resurfacing, every treatment is tailored to your skin and goals during a personalised consultation.
Rejuran is an injectable skin rejuvenation treatment using polynucleotide (PN) technology — DNA fragments derived from salmon — to work at a cellular level, repairing and regenerating the skin for a naturally smooth, youthful complexion. Its unique formulation allows sensitive areas such as under-eyes, neck and fine lines around the mouth to be treated, as well as full-face rejuvenation.
Typically 3 treatments are recommended, spaced 3–4 weeks apart, with maintenance every 6–12 months. For optimal results, combine with SkinPen skin needling.
Using the FDA-approved SkinPen device, fine, precise needles create microchannels that induce controlled micro-injuries in the skin. This stimulates the body's natural healing response, promoting collagen and elastin production — key proteins for skin strength, elasticity and resilience. Patients often see improvement in acne scars, surgical scars, skin texture, fine lines and wrinkles.
A series of 3–4 treatments is recommended for optimal results, with maintenance every 3–6 months, as effects are cumulative. Topical anaesthetic is available for comfort, and post-treatment aftercare skincare is included.
Skin regeneration. Hydration. Radiance. Experience advanced skin rejuvenation combining SkinPen medical-grade microneedling with a professional-grade skin booster, carefully selected to complement your individual skin needs. Your chosen booster will be recommended based on your current skin condition, aesthetic concerns and desired results.
An advanced 8-ingredient Korean skin booster combining PLLA, PDRN, hyaluronic acid, glutathione, amino acids and vitamins to deeply hydrate, improve texture and tone, and enhance elasticity and firmness — for a healthy, brightened glow.
A regenerative PDRN treatment focused on restoring resilience, hydration and luminosity from within — stimulating fibroblast activity, supporting collagen and elastin synthesis, and accelerating tissue repair.
A PDRN-based formulation combined with brightening support, designed to improve clarity and luminosity while strengthening the skin barrier — ideal for uneven tone, redness or a dull, fatigued complexion.
Microneedling creates microchannels within the epidermis, allowing enhanced delivery of active ingredients deeper into the skin than topical application alone.
The result: amplified cellular repair and regenerative pathways, for improved dermal quality, hydration and optical skin clarity. Boosters are typically recommended 3–4 treatments apart, with maintenance every 6–12 months.
PRX-Plus (PRX-T33) is a non-invasive, needle- and pain-free skin rejuvenating treatment — a "no-peel" chemical peel from Italy. A unique formulation of 33% TCA, hydrogen peroxide and kojic acid penetrates deeply into the dermis to stimulate fibroblasts, improving firmness, hydration and tone with no downtime. It can be used on the face, neck and décolletage, alone or as part of a customised treatment plan.
A series of 4–6 treatments is advised, spaced 2–3 weeks apart, with maintenance sessions throughout the year.
Sarah uses medical-grade peels with a high concentration of enzymes, AHA/BHAs and botanical brighteners to target ageing, acne and pigmentation — customisable to your skin, from gentle non-chemical options through to advanced resurfacing.
An entry-level peel for rosacea-prone, dull, dehydrated and prematurely aged skin. Vitamin C, AHAs and gentle enzymes speed cellular renewal for a brightened, hydrated glow. No skin preparation required.
A luxurious oxygen infusion with plant-derived stem cells, peptides and botanicals for skin that feels and looks luminous, refreshed and rejuvenated. Ideal before a special event; no preparation required.
Exfoliating agents combined with antioxidants, correcting peptides and stem cell extracts to treat advanced pigmentation, acne and ageing. Also available in an advanced Forte formulation. Skin preparation required.
An ultra-resurfacing blend of glycolic acid and retinol to visibly reduce fine lines and wrinkles, leaving skin firmer and healthier. Also available in an advanced Forte formulation. Skin preparation required.
A mega-lightening treatment combining botanical brighteners, Echinacea and anti-ageing peptides with lactic acid to reduce sun spots, brown spots and redness while resurfacing and exfoliating. Skin preparation required.
Generally, a series of six treatments every 10–14 days is recommended for optimal results, or combined with other treatment modalities as prescribed by Sarah. Each peel can be enjoyed as a focused Express Peel, or elevated into a more indulgent ritual — the strength and formulation are always chosen for your skin on the day, not the strongest option available.
A results-driven treatment for those wanting effective renewal with minimal treatment time.
A more elevated experience, combining targeted skin renewal with relaxation, including a tension-releasing facial massage using Isabella Loneragan's Awaken the Eyes method.
A beautiful fusion of a hydrating enzymatic peel with Isabella Loneragan's Signature Sculpt Method — a considered, touch-led technique supporting lymphatic flow and releasing tension. Leaves you feeling lighter, refreshed and glowing.
We'll look at your skin (so be prepared for me to remove your makeup!), your aesthetic goals, your reasons for seeking treatment, your lifestyle, and what you're hoping to achieve from our treatments together — before deciding whether treatment is appropriate.
We start with a genuine conversation about your skin, your goals and what's brought you in — not a treatment menu.
Sarah assesses your skin's health, signs of inflammation, and how you hold tension and movement in your face.
Together we consider your lifestyle, aesthetic history and goals to shape a strategy — not just a single treatment.
Sometimes the answer is a treatment. Sometimes it's better skincare. Sometimes it's doing less, or trusting the process.
You'll leave with a clear plan and honest guidance — with no pressure to book, over-treat or commit on the day.
